Description: Redecoration & Refresh paintwork of hallway landing stairs, kitchen and new extension area all walls/ceilings/wood as per specifications as outlined below.

Make good holes, voids, wall fixings and other uneven surfaces.

• Plaster work  as outlined by client and as per photos

• Sealing around all window frames units in all rooms as need

• Treat new plastered areas with BINS Primer or Crown Trade Alkali Resisting Sealer

(Both are ideal for priming, sealing and stabilising new, dry alkaline surfaces such as new lime plaster, cement and concrete. It can also be used to seal stains, stabilise powdery chalky surfaces and promote adhesion to glass, ceramics and some plastics.

- Protecting the carpet at all times until project in finished and stairs covering in       plastic until ready to paint stairs.

- Scrape all timberwork to solid substrata, prime, undercoat and finish paint with Satinwood.

- Treatment of new plastered areas as outlined above

- Soft Sheen paint room to be use any colour

- Covering up wooden floors & and all items with plastic
